Returns Policy 

We offer store credit for items that are returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.

We do not offer refunds, only credit notes that must be used within 6 months of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products must:

  • not be washed or altered
  • have original tags attached
  • be unused and in the same condition as you received it

We cannot accept returns of Sale items, Jewellery, Essential Oils range and Wellness products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned on time and sent using a viable postal or courier option with a tracking service, at their own expense. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is received without prior authorisation from us, or does not arrive within the acceptable return period. In the event that we receive an unauthorised returned item, return shipping and handling costs will be passed on to the customer.

To be eligible for a return please send an email to with the following information:

  • your full name
  • order number and date of purchase
  • style and size you are returning

We will respond with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your return request has been approved. If you are approved, you will receive a store credit (credit note) for the value of the returned item via email.

Store credits are valid for 6 months from issue date.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items cannot be returned.

We only provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. We check all products before we send it to you. 

If your item is faulty we will replace it with the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or refund. This is inline with consumer guidelines. 

We have a 1 month return policy for faulty items, please ensure you check your items upon receipt. Credits will not be provided more than 30 days after purchase.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
