What is your returns policy?
We offer store credit for items returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot accept returns of Sale items, Jewellery, Essential Oils range and Wellness products.

How Do I Make a Return?
To be eligible for a return please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
your full name
order number and date of purchase
- style and size you are returning
We will respond with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Where Do I Send My Return?
When you send an email to advise us of the return (see above) we will send you return post details.
Notify us by e-mail once you have sent the item and provide us with the registered or express post tracking number.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
We only provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. We check all products before we send it to you.
We have a 1 month return policy for faulty items, please ensure you check your items upon receipt. Credits will not be provided more than 30 days after purchase.
If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com. We will try and resolve the issue as fast as possible.
How do I use my gift voucher or credit note?
When you order online and go to check out, you enter your voucher code. The voucher value will be taken off the total of your order. Codes can only be used once.
How long is my voucher/credit note valid for?
They are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If you are unable to use within the 6 months you will need to contact us for an extension.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
How much is postage?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 Australia Wide. When your order is less than $80, we will post your order for a flat rate of $10.
We post to New Zealand for $20 Flat Rate.
How long will delivery take?
We deliver our orders to you via the Australia Post network. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery.
Delivery times are an ESTIMATE ONLY and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery if you are outside of Metropolitan areas.
My order hasn’t arrived yet?
Please use tracking information provided at the time of purchase to track your parcel via Australia Post. If you still require assistance please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
Once your order has been shipped via Australia Post it is the property of Australia Post. BohoSquad is not responsible for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit
Please ensure the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
